Bell Lane, Twickenham.

- The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Bell Lane, Twickenham.
- Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Bell Lane, Twickenham from the junction with the Embankment to the junction with Church Street, the closure will be on a rolling basis.
- The order will come into effect 06 July 2026. These works are anticipated to be in progress from 06 July to 25 July 2026 the order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
- Whilst the closure is in place an alternative route for traffic will be via Church Street, Water Lane, The Embankment.
- The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
- Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
- Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

- Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Greville Close, at the junction with Amyand Park Road.
- The order will come into effect 01 July 2026. These works are anticipated to be in progress from 01 July to 02 July 2026 the order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
- The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
- Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

- The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Lower Sunbury Road, Hampton.
- Whilst the work takes place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Lower Sunbury Road, Hampton from the Junction with Upper Sunbury Road to a point opposite the entrance to Port Hampton Platts Eyot.
- An alternative route for diverted traffic will be available via Upper Sunbury Road, Harfield Road, Lower Hampton Road and vice versa.
- The order will come into effect 02 July 2026. These works are anticipated to be in progress on 02 July 2026 only, the order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
- The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
- Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

- The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water utility survey works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Paradise Road, Richmond.
- Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Paradise Road from its junction with Eton Street to a point outside No 32 Paradise Road.
- The order will come into effect on 02 July 2026 the restrictions will be in force between 20:00 and 23:59 on 02 July 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
- An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Sheen Road and Eton Street.
- The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
- Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that due to facilitate essential maintenance works on Hampton level crossing they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a road closure in Percy Road, Hampton and waiting restrictions in Ashley Road, Station Approach and Milton Road, Hampton.
Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed in Percy Road, Hampton between its junctions with Ashley Road and Station Road. These restrictions will apply at any time and when prescribed traffic signs are displayed.
Between 23.00 on 03 July 2026 to 05.30 06 July 2026, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in:-
a) Ashley Road, Hampton the waiting restrictions will apply between its junctions with Percy Road and Milton Road or where relevant signs and cones are placed.
b) Station Approach, Hampton the waiting restrictions will apply between its junctions with Ashley Road and Tudor Road or where relevant signs and cones are placed; or
c) Milton Road, Hampton the waiting restrictions will apply between its junction with Ashley Road and the party wall of Nos. 72 and 74 Milton Road or where relevant signs and cones are placed.
The road closure will be in force from 23.00 on 03 July 2026 to 05.30 06 July 2026.
Whilst the Hampton Level Crossing in Percy Road is closed an alternative route for traffic will be via Ashley Road, Station Approach, Tudor Road and Station Road in both directions. Access to residents will be maintained.
The works are anticipated to be in progress overnight from 23.00 on 03 July 2026 to 05.30 06 July 2026. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
