Devon County Council made this on 30 June 2026 to come into force 2 July 2026 for: Exeter: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Barley Farm Road, Bull Meadow Road, Burrator Drive, Chudleigh Road, Cleveland Street, Colleton Mews, Curie Mews, Ennerdale Way, Exhibition Way, Fairfield Road, Fleming Way, Grace Road West, King Arthurs Road, Marsh Green Road North, Merlin Crescent, Prospect Park, Regent Street, Shillingford Road, Simey Close, St Bernards Close, St Johns Road, St Matthews Close, Stoke Valley Road, Vaughan Road, Vice Close, Watson Place and Winchester Avenue; Revocation of No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Exhibition Way; No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on specified lengths of Victoria Park Road; No Loading At Any Time on specified lengths of Lyndhurst Road, Manaton Close, Matford Park Road and Victoria Park Road; Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 30 Minutes No Return Within 1 Hour on a specified length of Bowhay Lane; Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 1 Hour No Return Within 2 Hours on a specified length of Langaton Lane; Pay & Display (Tariff Exeter G) Mon-Sat 9am-6pm (4 hours £2.40, Over 4 hours £5.30) and Sun & Bank Hols 11 am-5pm (4 hours £1.70, Over 4 hours £3.10) (Exemption for Residents Zone S3 & J Permit Holders) on a specified length of Cowley Bridge Road; Residents Parking At Any Time Zone Eon a specified length of Raleigh Road; The proposals for Cheltenham Close, Exwick Hill, Exwick Lane, Gloucester Road, Leicester Mead, Liverpool Hill, and Peterborough Road are not being progressed: Topsham: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Globefield and Monmouth Street; The proposal for Denver Close is not being progressed; The proposals for The Strand have been deferred. Residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter and other vehicles band A permits (up to 100g/km) £35 annually, other vehicles bands B-K (101-225g/km) 1st permit £35, 2nd permit £55, 3rd permit £65; bands L-M (over 226+g/km) 1st permit £35, 2nd permit £65, extra permits £65; virtual visitor permit £30 per (200 hours for schemes not operating at all times/350 hours for schemes operating at all times - allocated in 1 hour sessions), physical daily visitor permits £30 per issue of 30 (24 hour) permits, business permits annual cost: 1st permit £35, 2nd permit £75, 3rd permit £150; annual trade permit £45, short stay trade permit £60 per book of 20, daily trade permit £5, weekly trade permit £25; guest house/hotel visitors permit £30 per batch of 20 permits; essential visitor permits £10 annually, care worker permits are free. Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods and disabled persons vehicles. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
