ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
PUBLIC CYCLEWAY EMSCOTE ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Cycleway closed to all traffic on both sides of Emscote Road between Westbury Close and Ilex Court. Reason for Order: To enable works to repair/replace a defective manhole cover.
Order Commences: 1 July 2026 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Cyclists should dismount. Contractor: CSP, Tel: 07918 298599.
CANON PRICE ROAD, BARFORD
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable duct laying works.
Order Commences: 29 June 2026 for up to 18 months.

TITHE BARN CLOSE, BUDBROOKE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable works as part of the water mains renewal scheme.

Order Commences: 8 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Hetton Close, Grassington Avenue and vice versa.

KINROSS ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic near to the junction of Hadrian Close.
Reason for Order: Works for the replacement of decayed telegraph pole.

Anticipated Completion: 9 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Kinross Road, Highland Road, Melton Road, Lime Avenue and vice versa.

Access & Diversion: Abbott Street, Bath Street, High Street, Bath Place.

Access & Diversion: High Cross Farm Road, Back Lane, Shrewley Common, The Cumsey, Lye Green, Holywell and vice versa.

Anticipated Completion: 16 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: St Martins Road, Coventry Road, Stoneleigh Road, Bericote Road, A452 Leamington Road, A452 Leamington Road RBT and vice versa.

Anticipated Completion: 17 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Quarry Lane (aka Haywood Lane), Case Lane and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Works to renew boundary box and add water meter.
Order Commences: 14 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Beverley Road and vice versa. Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 0330 008 0820.
FIVE WAYS ROAD, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Repair/replacement of defective manhole cover.
Order Commences: 17 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Five Ways Road, Birmingham Road, Hockley Road and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
