What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)

WEMBLEY HILL ROAD ACCESS ROAD (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a 5G telecoms mast upgrade and associated works in Wembley Hill Road access road, situated between the junctions of Dagmar Avenue and Park Place, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit:

(a) vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in the entire of Wembley Hill Road access road;

(b) pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the western footway of Wembley Hill Road access road, which lies between the south-western kerb-line of Empire Way and a point 12.00 metres south-west of that kerb-line,

when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above will apply on 7th July 2026 only. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Wembley Hill Road access road will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.

Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
