I give notice that Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX1 1ND is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Refurbishment of Speedwell House to create council offices, assembly and meeting spaces (together a ‘sui generis’ Use), replacement glazing to external elevations, installation curtain walling to ground floor, upgrading of insulation to roof and soffit, raised roof parapet and introduction of safety rail and stair to roof, recladding of existing roof plant enclosure and extension of enclosure on south wing, extension of stair core on north wing roof, installation of photovoltaic panels to roof, creation of undercroft water tank room, re-organisation of parking courtyard, hard and soft landscaping and associated works at Speedwell House, Speedwell Street, Oxford, OX1 1NE.
Submitted in accordance with Regulation 3 of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992.
