HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel yi diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid Ilai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd air effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd: Twyn Shon !fan, Maes-y-cwmwr, rhwng yr A469 am bellter o tua 370 metr, i gyfeiriad y dwyrain.
Disgwylir i'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 7 Gorffennaf 2026 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, 'An bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i'r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 14 Gorffennaf 2026.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Twyn-Shon-lfan, Maesycwmmer between A469 fora distance of approx. 370 metres in an easterly direction.
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 7th July 2026 fora period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated the works will be complete by 14th July 2026. Access for emergency services, residents and pedestrians will be maintained where possible.
Alternative routes are via A469, A472 Commercial Street, A472 Main Road, Tabor Road, Park Road, Pandy Lane.
The reason for making the Order is to allow for installation of telecommunications network.
