5 (Implementation in Accordance with Approved
Plans), 6 (Design and Operation of Turbines) and 18 (Micro-siting) of Planning Permission APP/2018/0993 at Craigneil Windfarm, Land to the North and North East of Hillside, Rickarton, Stonehaven Reference: APP/2026/0965
Notice is hereby given under Regulation 21 that an environmental impact assessment has been submitted by Savills (UK) Ltd.
During the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice, a copy of the environmental impact assessment, the associated application and other documents submitted with the application may be viewed using the online Planning Register at https://upa.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/online-applications/. Copies of the environmental impact assessment may be purchased from Savills (telephone: 0141 248 7342) or email: ruth.highgate@savills.com at a cost of £2,500 in hard copy and free of charge on USB. Copies of a Non-Technical Summary are available free of charge. Comments may be made quoting the reference number and stating clearly the grounds for making comment. Comments can be submitted using the Planning Register when viewing the application. Alternatively, comments can be addressed to Aberdeenshire Council, Planning and Economy Service, Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven, AB39 2DQ. Please note that any comment, where considered valid, will be published on the Planning Register. Comments must be received by 25 July 2026
