U111 EASTERN TERRACE BERWICK
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U111 Eastern Lane from its junction with Easter Wynd heading in a southerly direction for a length of 45 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 6th July 2026 until the 6th January 2028.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 6th July 2026 until the 6th January 2028 however it will be closed at all times during this period.
There is no alternative route available for use whilst the TTRO is in force.

The closure has been requested by Willmott Dixon Construction Limited as part of the regeneration project for The Maltings. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
