(Temporary Closing Of Park Street Lane, Park Street) Order 2026
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Park Street Lane, Park Street from a point 71 metres south west of its junction with Tippendell Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 79m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via: Park Street Lane, A5183 (Park Street/Frogmore/Radlett Road), Smug Oak Lane, Station Road and Park Street Lane.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order will come into effect from 16 July 2026 and will be valid for a period of 18 months. The works are scheduled to take 1 day to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of Battlers Green Drive, Radlett And Station Road/Smallford Lane, Smallford) Order 2026
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of Battlers Green Drive, Radlett from its junction with New Road north eastwards, north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Willow Way, a distance of approximately 401m.
An alternative route will be via: New Road, B462 Watford Road and Willow Way.
2. that length of Station Road/Smallford Lane, Smallford from its junction with the A1057 Hatfield Road roundabout south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with the A414 London Colney Roundabout, a distance of approximately 1391m.
An alternative route will be via: A1057 Hatfield Road, Colney Heath Lane and A414 London Colney Roundabout.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order will come into effect from 15 July 2026 and will be valid for a period of 18 months. The works are scheduled to take 2 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(Temporary Closing Of Townsend Lane, Harpenden) Order No.2 2026
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Townsend Lane, Harpenden from its junction with Aplins Close north eastwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via: Townsend Lane, Douglas Road, A1081 Luton Road and Townsend Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order will come into effect from 29 June 2026 and will be valid for a period of 18 months. The works are scheduled to take 5 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Kinsbourne Green Lane, Harpenden/Luton Road, Redbourn from its junction with A1081 Luton Road south westwards, south eastwards, south westwards, south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with A5183 Redbourn Bypass, a distance of approximately 3493m ("the length of Roads"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via: A1081 (Luton Road/St Albans Road), B487 Redbourn Road and A5183 Redbourn Bypass.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.
The Order will come into effect from 30 June 2026 and will be valid for a period of 18 months. The works are scheduled to take 5 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads.

(Temporary Closing Of Homewood Road, St Albans) Order 2026
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Homewood Road, St Albans from its junction with Sandpit Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 15m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via: Sandpit Lane, Marshalswick Lane, Marshals Drive and Homewood Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order will come into effect from 1 July 2026 and will be valid for a period of 18 months. The works are scheduled to take 3 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of The Footpath Situated Between No.7 And No.8 Camberley Place, Harpenden) Order 2026
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath situated between No.7 and No.8 Camberley Place, Harpenden from its junction with Camberley Place north westwards to its junction with Cranbourne Drive, a distance of approximately 38m ("the Footpath").
An alternative route will be via: the footway situated on the north west, south west and south sides of Camberley Place, the footway situated on the north west and north east sides of Welbeck Rise and the footway situated on the east and south sides of Cranbourne Drive.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpath.
The Order will come into effect from 29 June 2026 and will be valid for a period of 6 months. The works are scheduled to take 5 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Footpath.
