ELLON – WAITING RESTRICTION
NOTICE is given that on 23.06.26, “The Aberdeenshire Council (Station Road, Ellon) (Traffic Management) Order 2025” has been made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of the order. which will come into operation on 26.06.26, will be to introduce a waiting restriction in Ellon as follows:
PROHIBITION OF WAITING RESTRICTION
Station Road outside number 113 on the east side from its junction with Modley Avenue for a distance of 30 metres or thereby.
The original proposals were advertised in the Ellon Times on 07/05.26.
A copy of the order is available for inspection during normal office hours for a period of 6 weeks at the undernoted address from 25.06.26.
Anyone wishing to question the validity of the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Act, or that any of the relevant requirements arising from the Act have not been complied with may, within 6 weeks of 25.05.26 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
