(no. 2) (Temporary Road Restriction and Traffic Regulation) order 2026 – Temp/26/94
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate the installation of footway build-outs, no person shall drive or cause or permit any vehicle to be driven on any part of (i) Spottiswoode St, from 11m north of the extended north kerbline of Spottiswoode Rd, southwards for 33m; and (ii) Spottiswoode rd, from 10m east of the extended east kerbline of Spottiswoode St, westwards for 33m. The alternative routes for through vehicular traffic in relation to the closures of (i) Spottiswoode St – (1) Spottiswoode St, Warrender Pk Rd, Marchmont Rd and Thirlestane Rd; or (2) Spottiswoode St, Warrender Pk Rd, Whitehouse Ln and Thirlestane Rd and (ii) Spottiswoode rd – Spottiswoode Rd, Lauderdale St, Warrender Pk Rd and Marchmont Rd. The Order shall have effect from 29/06/26 to 12/07/26.
