Effaith y Gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd yw cau’r llwybr cyhoeddus fel y disgrifir yn Rhan 1 o'r Atodlen isod (fel y dangosir gan linell ddu barhaus ar Fap y Gorchymyn) i greu llwybr amgen fel y’i disgrifir yn Rhan 2 o'r Atodlen honno fel y dangosir gan linellau bach du trwm ar Fap y Gorchymyn.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn dod i rym ar y dyddiad y mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd yn ardystio y cydymffurfiwyd â thelerau Erthygl 2 y Gorchymyn ond os bydd unrhyw berson yn cael ei dramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn ac yn dymuno cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau'r Ddeddf uchod, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd â gofyniad yn y Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw reoliad a wneir oddi tani mewn perthynas â chadarnhau’r Gorchymyn, gall wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at unrhyw un o'r dibenion hyn dan Adran 257 Deddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 o fewn 6 wythnos o’r dyddiad y cyhoeddwyd yr Hysbysiad hwn am y tro cyntaf fel sy’n ofynnol gan baragraff 7 Atodlen 14 y Ddeddf honno.

Yn cychwyn o ffin Tŷ Pencoed, mae'r llwybr troed yn croesi caeau tua'r dwyrain ac ymlaen i'r rheilffordd segur sy'n torri trwy Bwynt A (ST089796) ac yn mynd ymlaen i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin cyn dod i ben wrth Bwynt B sydd ar ffin y draffordd (ST088794) fel y dangosir ar y cynllun mewn llinell ddu solet

Rhan 2 - Disgrifiad o safle’r llwybr amgen
Yn cychwyn o ffin Tŷ Pencoed, mae'r Llwybr Troed yn croesi caeau tua'r dwyrain i'r rheilffordd segur (Pwynt A; ST089796). Mae'r llwybr yn parhau i'r de ar hyd y rheilffordd am oddeutu 37m (Pwynt C; ST090796) ac yn mynd ymlaen i gyfeiriad y gorllewin yn gyffredinol ar hyd llwybr swyddogol i'r ardal siopa cyn dod i ben ym Mhwynt D (ST088796) fel y dangosir ar y cynllun mewn llinell doredig trwm.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF 
(FOOTPATH: CAPEL LLANILTERNE No. 18, CARDIFF) DIVERSION ORDER 2025

On the 10th day of June 2026 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to stop up the public footpath as described in Part 1 of the Schedule below (shown by the continuous bold line on the Order Map) and to create an alternative footpath for use as described in Part 2 of the said Schedule, as shown by a black dashed line on the Order Map.

A copy of the Order and the Order map are available by sending an email request to PSPO@cardiff.gov.uk. Copies of the Order and plan are also available on request by writing to the address below. 

A copy of the Order and plan may be seen Monday to Saturday (except Bank holidays) at Cardiff Central Library, The Hayes, Cardiff CF10 1FL during normal office hours. A copy of the Order and plan may be provided on request from the library.

This Order comes into force on the date on which the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person is aggrieved by the Order and desires to question its validity or that any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, they may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which this Notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

Part 1 – Description of site of path to be stopped up
Commences from the boundary of Pencoed House, the footpath crosses fields heading east and onto the disused railway cutting Point A (ST089796) and proceeds in a south westerly direction to terminate at the motorway boundary point B (ST088794) as shown on the plan by the solid black line
Length of path = 248 metres
Width of path = Undefined

Part 2 – Description of site of alternative path
Commences from the boundary of Pencoed House, the Footpath crosses fields heading east to the disused railway cutting (Point A; ST089796). The path continues south along the railway cutting for approximately 37m (Point C; ST090796) and proceeds in a generally western direction along a formal path to the shopping area to termination at Point D (ST088796) as shown on the plan by the bold dashed line.
Length of path to be diverted = 258 metres
Width of path = 2 metres
