CYNGOR SIR FYNWY
ADRAN 14(1)(b) - DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984
LLWYBR TROED 8 (RHAN) PORTHSGIWED
GORCHYMYN RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG DROS DRO 2025

RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD TRWY HYN fod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 (1) (b) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ar 22ain Ionawr 2025, a ddaeth i rym ar 22ain Ionawr 2025. Mae'r Gorchymyn wedi parhau mewn grym a byddai fel arall yn dod i ben ar 22ain Gorffennaf 2026 pe na bai'r cyfarwyddyd am estyniad wedi'i roi

Mae'r Gorchymyn wedi'i ymestyn o dan awdurdod Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Drafnidiaeth a Gogledd Cymru, un o Weinidogion Cymru, tan ac yn cynnwys 21ain Ionawr 2027 o dan Adran 15 (5) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991)

Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau'r llwybr troed dros dro fel y nodir uchod ac fel y nodir ar gynllun y Gorchymyn. Gwnaed y Gorchymyn a'r estyniad i'r Gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i'r cyhoedd.

Yn rhinwedd Adran 16(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodwyd o dan Adran 14 o'r Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.
