(COLLINGWOOD AVENUE, FAIRLIE DRIVE AND PALMERSTON ROAD, BARTON, WYRE BOROUGH) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT)
ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 18th June 2026 Lancashire County Council made the above Speed Limit Order under Section 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit in the following lengths of road:
a) Collingwood Avenue, Barton, Preston, the entire length;
b) Fairlie Drive, Barton, Preston, the entire length;
c) Palmerston Road, Barton, Preston, the entire length.
This Order will come into force on the 29th June 2026. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Wyre Borough Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
