ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATION, BURNLEY, BURNLEY BOROUGH) (REVOCATIONS AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING (26-27 NO1B)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) "The Lancashire County Council (Borough Of Burnley) (Top O' The Town) (Residents Only Parking) Traffic Regulation Order 2003" insofar as it relates to Items 3., 4., 5., and 6. of Schedule Five.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Burnley, Burnley Borough ) (Disabled Parking Places) Order 2012" insofar as it relates to Duke Street in the Schedule.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Burleigh Street, Burnley, the north east side, from a point 8 metres north-west of its junction with the centreline of Burns Street for a distance of 15.5 metres in a south-easterly direction;
b) Burleigh Street, Burnley, the south west side, from its junction with the centreline of Burns Street for a distance of 15 metres in a south-easterly direction;
c) Burleigh Street, Burnley, the south west side, from its junction with the centreline of Belgrave Street for a distance of 8 metres in a south-easterly direction;
d) Burns Street, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Burleigh Street for a distance of 8 metres in a north-easterly direction;
e) Dyneley Avenue, Cliviger, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of Red Lees Road for a distance of 16 metres in a south westerly direction;
f) Hawk Street, Burnley, the west side, from a point 13 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Hart Street for a distance of 12.5 metres in a northerly direction;
g) Hawk Street, Burnley, the west side, from a point 9 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Lindsay Street for a distance of 18.5 metres in a northerly direction;
h) Hawk Street, Burnley, the west side, from a point 15 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Lindsay Street for a distance of 5 metres in a northerly direction;
i) Hawk Street, Burnley, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Adlington Street to a point 7.5 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Hart Street in a northerly direction;
j) Queen Street, Padiham, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of King Street for a distance of 12.5 metres in a south-westerly direction;
k) Red Lees Road, Cliviger, the south west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Dyneley Avenue for a distance of 19.5 metres in a south easterly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Burnley Borough Council, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 9SA and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
