ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(COLNE ROAD AREA, BURNLEY, BURNLEY BOROUGH) (REVOCATION, PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Burnley Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Items (93)a)(i), (93)c)(iii), (93)c)(v) and (305) of Schedule 10.01;
ii. Items (21)b)(i), (21)b)(ii), (21)c)(i), (21)c)(iii), (21)c)(v), (21)c)(iv), (39)a), (39)b) and (47) of Schedule 11.008;
iii. Item (1) of Schedule 11.037.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Colne Road, Burnley, Burnley Borough) (Prohibition Of Waiting) Order 2010" insofar as it relates to Item (i) of the Schedule.
c) Schedule 2 of the "Lancashire County Council (Pratt Street, Burnley, Burnley Borough) (Part Revocation And Restriction Of Waiting) Order 2010"
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) 71 Colne Road To 36 Tennis Street, Burnley, the north east side, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road for a distance of 14 metres in an easterly direction;
b) Brennand Street, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 13 metres;
c) Church Street, Burnley, the east side, from a point 5 metres south of its Centreline junction with Colne Road to its Centreline junction with Colne Road;
d) Colne Road, Burnley, the east side, from its junction with the centreline of Ivy Street to a point 5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Newman Street;
e) Colne Road, Burnley, the east side, from a point 12 metres south of its junction with the projected centreline of Pratt Street to its junction with the centreline of Brennand Street in a southerly direction;
f) Colne Road, Burnley, the east side, from its junction with the Centreline of Plantation Street to its Centreline junction with Church Street;
g) Colne Road, Burnley, the east side, from its junction with the centreline of Casterton Avenue to its junction with the centreline of Fifth Avenue in a southerly direction;
h) Colne Road, Burnley, the east side, from its junction with Briercliffe Road to its junction with Barden Street in a northerly direction;
i) Colne Road, Burnley, the north west side, from its junction with the centreline of Butler Street in a northerly direction to its junction with the centreline of Hebrew Road;
j) Colne Road, Burnley, the north west side, from its junction with the centreline of Bright Street for a distance of 11 metres in a northerly direction;
k) Colne Road, Burnley, the north west side, from a point 56 metres northeast of its junction with the Centreline of Extwistle Street for a distance of 60 metres in a north easterly direction;
l) Colne Road, Burnley, the north west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Extwistle Street for a distance of 31.5 metres in a north easterly direction;
m) Colne Road, Burnley, the north west side, from its Centreline junction with Church Street to a point 26 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Hebrew Road;
n) Colne Road, Burnley, the south east side, from a point 9 metres form its junction with the projected centreline of Hebrew Road to its junction with the centreline of Plantation Street;
o) Colne Road, Burnley, the south east side, from its junction with the projected centreline of Jackson Street in an north easterly direction to its junction with the centreline of Pheasantford Street;
p) Colne Road, Burnley, the west side, from a point 7 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Keswick Road for a distance of 16 metres in a northerly direction;
q) Colne Road, Burnley, the west side, from it junction with the centreline of Barden lane for a distance of 8.5 metres in a southerly direction;
r) Colne Road, Burnley, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Barden Lane for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction;
s) Colne Road, Burnley, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Murray Street for a distance of 18 metres in a northerly direction;
t) Colne Road, Burnley, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Windermere Avenue for a distance of 36 metres in a northerly direction;
u) Colne Road, Burnley, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Windermere Avenue for a distance of 42 metres in a southerly direction;
v) Colne Road, Burnley, the west side, from a point 14 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Pratt Street for a distance of 28.5 metres in a southerly direction;
w) Daneshouse Road, Burnley, the south side, from its junction with the Centreline of Hebrew Road to its junction with the Centreline of Rear 1 to 45 Devonshire Road;
x) Extwistle Street, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of Colne Road for a distance of 13.5 metres in a north westerly direction;
y) Fifth Avenue, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road for a distance of 13.5 metres in an easterly direction;
z) Hebrew Road, Burnley, the east side, from a point 36 metres south of its junction with Lee Street to its junction with the centreline of Colne Road;
aa) Hebrew Road, Burnley, the north west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Extwistle street for a distance of 12 metres in a westerly direction;
bb) Hebrew Road, Burnley, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road in a generally north westerly direction to its junction with Abel Street;
cc) Hebrew Square, Burnley, the north side, from its junction with the Centreline of Hebrew Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction;
dd) Hebrew Square, Burnley, the south side, from its junction with the Centreline of Hebrew Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction;
ee) Holbeck Avenue, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with Hurtley Street in a generally north then north westerly direction for a distance of 46.5 metres;
ff) Ivy Street, Burnley, the south side, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road for a distance of 14 metres in an easterly direction;
gg) Keswick Road, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 13.5 metres;
hh) Murray Street, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 10.5 metres;
ii) Pratt Street, Burnley, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road for a distance of 14 metres in an easterly direction;
jj) Windermere Avenue, Burnley, the north west side, from a point 33 metres northeast of the projected centreline of Shap Grove to its junction with the centreline of Colne Road;
kk) Windermere Avenue, Burnley, the south side, from its junction with the centreline of Colne Road for a distance of 43 metres in a westerly direction.
3. Introduce a restriction of waiting between 8am and 6pm in Hebrew Road, Burnley, the east side, from its junction with the centreline of Lee Street for a distance of 36 metres in a southerly direction.
4. Introduce a restriction of waiting between 8am and 6:30pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Colne Road, Burnley, the north west side, from a point 23 metres northeast of its junction with the centreline of Hebrew Road to its junction with the centreline of Butler Street;
b) Colne Road, Burnley, the south east side, from its junction with the centreline of Allen Street in a northerly direction for a distance of 40 metres;
c) Colne Road, Burnley, the south east side, from a point 5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Newman Street to its junction with the centreline of Rylands Street;
d) Colne Road, Burnley, the south east side, from a point 9 metres southwest of its junction with the centreline of Hebrew Road to its junction with the centreline of Allen Street in a north westerly direction.
