HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(COLNE ROAD AREA, BURNLEY, BURNLEY BOROUGH) (ROAD HUMPS)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, Lancashire County Council propose to introduce raised tables in the following locations:
a) Hebrew Road, Burnley, from a point 10.75 metres southwest of its junction with the Centreline of Colne Road for a distance of 5.64 metres in an easterly direction;
b) Extwistle Street, Burnley, from a point 9.84 metres northwest its junction with Colne Road for a distance of 5.37 metres in a south easterly direction.
The road humps will have a maximum height not exceeding 75 mm.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan, indicating the proposal may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Burnley Borough Council, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 9SA and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
