LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(GISBURN ROAD, BARNOLDSWICK, PENDLE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION, PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the "Lancashire County Council (Pendle Borough Area) (Revocation And Prohibition Of Stopping On, School Entrance Markings) Order 2010" insofar as it relates to Gisburn Road (Gisburn Road Nursery) in Schedule 2.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in Gisburn Road, Barnoldswick, the north east side, from its junction with the Centreline of Cornmill Terrace for a distance of 35 metres in a north westerly direction.
3. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Saturday between 9am and 6pm in Gisburn Road, Barnoldswick, the north east side, from its junction with the Centreline of Cornmill Terrace for a distance of 17.5 metres in a south easterly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Pendle Borough Council, No1 Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 9LU and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
