(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
On 25 June 2026 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works, and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on that section of North Dumgoyne Avenue, Milngavie between its junction with Clochbar Avenue, Milngavie and its junction with Craigton Road Service Road, Milngavie by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Monday, 06 July 2026 until 23.59 hours on Friday, 17 July 2026.
Alternative Routes
The alternative routes will be by way of Clochbar Avenue, Craigton Road and North Dumgoyne Avenue, Milngavie, and these routes will be sign posted.
