Gloucestershire - Multiple Road Traffic Notices

The reason for the closures and restrictions is for Pre Surface Treatment Patching Works.

There will be no waiting and no loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted, during various times, on a rolling programme commencing 1st July 2026 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. 

Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. 

This Order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 30th November 2026. 

However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 401183 BEACON LANE (STONEHOUSE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 401183 Beacon Lane from outside of the property known as ‘Malthouse Farm’ to outside of the property known as ‘Brides Cottage’ for a distance of approximately 214 metres. 

The reason for the said closure is for sewer repair works The said road is expected to be closed on from 2nd July 2026 until 3rd July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF VARIOUS ROADS
(LONGLEVENS WARD) GLOUCESTER CITY

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

The reason for the closures and restrictions is for carriageway resurfacing works. There will be no stopping or waiting and no loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works. 

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted from 09:30hrs until 15:30 only, on a rolling programme commencing on 26th June 2026 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the said closures and restrictions are in force. 

Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures and restrictions taking effect. 

This Order may permit the said closures and restrictions in any order, or simultaneously as required.

It is anticipated all works will be completed by 7th July 2026.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF U40352 BOZARD LANE, TREDINGTON
(STOKE ORCHARD PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the U40352 Bozard Lane Road, Tredington at the Railway Level Crossing for 50 metres, in an east and west direction, for a distance of approximately 100 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for Railway Level Crossing annual barrier maintenance and adjustments. 

The said road is expected to be closed from 23:00hrs on 13th July 2026 until 06:00hrs on 14th July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
