Public Notice - The Bromley (Waiting And Loading Restriction) - Order 2003 (Amendment No. **) Order 202* *The Bromley (Controlled Parking) (On Street Places) Order 2004 (Amendment No.** ) Order 202* (Hillside Road, Bromley) T745
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 47, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Orders, in relation to Hillside Road, Orpington would be to:–
(a) introduce new no waiting ‘at any time’ restrictions as set out in the Schedule to this Notice;
(b) revoke the existing permit holders parking bays on the north-eastern side of Hillside Road opposite Nos 2 to 12 Hillside Road.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders.
Copies of the proposed Orders, plan and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at: Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds therefor to: The Assistant Director of Traffic and Parking, Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley, BR1 1AS, or by emailing: TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk, quoting reference: - ADE(TP)/MW/SF/T745 no later than 15th July 2026.
Persons objecting to the proposed Orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting ‘At Any Time’:–
Hillside Road, Bromley;
(a) north-east side
(i) from a point opposite the north-western boundary of No. 1 in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 35 metres.
