Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn dan Adrannau 1, 2 a 4 Deddf Rheoli Traffnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984 a fydd yn dynodi’r darnau o ffordd a nodwyd yn yr Atodlen isod fel Gofod Parcio i Bobl Anabl i’w defnyddio gan gerbydau sy’n arddangos Bathodyn Anabl dilys a Thrwydded Breswyllydd yn unig.
Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r cynlluniau, a fydd yn dod i rym ar 29 Mehefin 2026 ar wefan y Cyngor. (Disabled Person’s Parking Places) (No 1)
Order 2025 – Part 2
The Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to designate the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below as a Disabled Person’s Parking Place for the exclusive use of vehicles displaying a valid Disabled Person’s Badge and a Residents Permit.
A copy of the Order and plans, which will come into operation on 29 June 2026 may be examined on the Council website. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
