What is happening?

SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C673 HUNDON ROAD, STOKE BY CLARE

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C673 Hundon Road, Stoke by Clare from 150 metres north of Canhams Farm for 100 metres northbound to facilitate the replacement of a telegraph pole. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the A1092, the B1063, Chilton Street, Maple Hill and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 25/06/2026 - 26/06/2026 from 9am - 5pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C340 RECTORY ROAD, HOLLESLEY

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C340 Rectory Road, Hollesley from 250 metres northwest of the junction with Colony Road for 25 metres northbound to facilitate cover and frame works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be School Lane, Fox Hill, The Street and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 25/06/2026 - 27/06/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
