Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a map y Gorchymyn trwy gysylltu â ROF@merthyr.gov.uk. Gellir prynu copïau o’r gorchymyn a’r map am £10.
Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau am y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiadau i’r Gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig at y Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaethau Cwsmeriaid erbyn 24 Gorffennaf 2026 fan bellaf. Nodwch arb a sail y maent yn cael eu gwneud.
Os na wneir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadauperthnasol, neu os tynnir unrhyw un a wnaed yn ôl, caiff Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Merthyr Tudful gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn fel Gorchymyn heb wrthwynebiad. Os anfonir y Gorchymyn at Ysgrifennydd Gwladol Cymru i’w gadarnhau, anfonir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau nad ydynt wedi’u tynnu’n ôl gyda’r Gorchymyn.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
MERTHYR TYDFIL COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
BEDLINOG 72 DIVERSION ORDER 2026
The above order, made on 17th June 2026, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public bridleway running from grid reference ST09560147 to grid reference ST10100198 to a line running from grid reference ST09560147 to grid reference ST10100198, as shown on the order maps.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen by contacting ROF@merthyr.gov.uk. Copies of the order and map may be bought at the price of £10. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Director of Customer Services not later than 24th July 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Wales for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
