What is happening?

(LINCOLN – CARLTON BOULEVARD, VENABLES WAY & REED DRIVE) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING) AMENDMENT ORDER 20
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting and loading as set out in the Schedule below.
• To introduce mandatory school keep clear markings at the entrance of the school on Carlton Boulevard. To be in operation Mon-Fri 8-9.30am & 2.30-4pm. (The bus stop will be moved to another location).
• To introduce no loading restrictions Mon-Fri 8-9.30am & 2.30-4pm around the school on Carlton Boulevard, Venables Way and Reed Drive. The no waiting at any time restrictions remain unchanged on these roads.
Exemptions are included outside the no loading times which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
