STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – (AS AMENDED)
THE STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH
NO. 10 (B) HARLASTON PARISH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 10 (b) from its junction with Model Farm Lane for 243m to its junction with Haselour Lane.

The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the excavation and installation of pipework. No alternative route is available.

A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.

This Order will come into operation on 27/7/26 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. 

If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.

Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 8 Harlaston Parish from its junction with Public Footpath Harlaston Parish No. 7 for approximately 2426m.

The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the excavation and installation of pipework. No alternative route is available.

A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and unaffected rights of way in the area.

This Order will come into operation on 14/9/26 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.

This closure is expected to last for 40 days.

NO. 32 CLIFTON CAMPVILLE PARISH (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 32 Clifton Campville Parish from its junction with Public Footpath No. 30 Clifton Campville Parish and Public Footpath No. 31 Clifton Campville Parish to the junction with Clifton Lane for approximately 543m.

The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act
1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the excavation and installation of pipework.
No alternative route is available.

A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and
unaffected rights of way in the area.

This Order will come into operation on 27/7/26 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.
