What is happening?

CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(Various Roads, Molesworth) (30MPH Speed Limit) Order 202-

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of this Order is to extend the existing 30mph speed limits on Church Road and High Street, Molesworth to points 95m and 82m north of their respective junctions with Old Thrapston Road. For administrative purposes the Order shall revoke The County of Cambridgeshire (Restricted Roads) (No.8) Order 1994.

The draft Order, together with a map showing the roads and lengths of road concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected at New Shire Hall, Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon, PE28 4YE, by appointment only, or via our online consultation portal – please use the link https://consultation.appyway.com/huntingdonshire and select the Order that includes the reference PR1191.

All feedback, including objections stating the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing by the 15th of July 2026. Please use the consultation portal linked above or write to the undersigned. Comments will be used as part of our consultation process and may be published, anonymised, in any reports.
