B6025 ALFRETON ROAD, SHIRLAND
WHEN: 13 July 2026 (09:30 to 15:30).
WHERE: B6025 Alfreton Road, Shirland between its Jct. with the A61 Chesterfield Road to its Jct. with Park Lane.
REASON: To facilitate annual highway maintenance works on the A61 Chesterfield Road (Alfreton Duals).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A61 Chesterfield Road / Main Road, Park Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
