TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
GRANBY ROAD, BUXTON
WHEN: 06 July to 24 July 2026 (Between 09:30-15:30, for no more than 5 individual days)
WHERE: Granby Road, Buxton
Advanced warning signs will be placed out prior to the closure.
REASON: To facilitate Micro Asphalting.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Victoria Park Road, Granby Road and visa versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
