THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(LABURNUM ROAD) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City
Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by
the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991,
prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Laburnum Road
from its junction with Stowheath Lane to outside property
18. Access/egress to be maintained.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen
months, but it is anticipated that the works will be
undertaken from 6 July 2026 until 8 July 2026, between the
hours of 08:00 and 18:00.
The Order is required to facilitate access to manholes to
repair/reline a drainpipe by Severn Trent Water.
