LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, FYLDE, FYLDE BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING (26-27 NO1D)) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Lytham Road, Freckleton, the north west side, from a point 12.5 metres southwest of its junction with the centreline of Goe Lane for a distance of 26 metres in a north easterly direction;
b) Manor Road, Ribby With Wrea, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Ribby Road for a distance of 11 metres in a south easterly direction;
c) Ribby Road, Ribby With Wrea, the south east side, from a point 15 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Manor Road for a distance of 25 metres in a south westerly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
