New Forest - Temporary Road Closures for the Swashbuckler Triathlon

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE– VARIOUS ROADS, ELLINGHAM, HARBRIDGE & IBSLEY, NEW FOREST, HUNTSMAN TRIATHLON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the Swashbuckler Triathlon to take place out on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED:

1. Ellingham Drove between its junction with A338 Salisbury Road and its junction with Highwood Lane.

2. Road from Moyles Court to Mockbeggar between its junction with Mockbeggar Lane and its junction with Highwood Lane.

3. Gorley Road between a point 20 metres North of its junction with Blind Lane and its junction with Ellingham Drove.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Ivy Lane, A338, Road through A338 to Ringwood Road, Ringwood Road, Gorley Road.

DURATION OF ORDER: from Sunday 5th July 2026 between the hours 08:00 – 15:30 for 1 day or until the event has ended, whichever is sooner. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the event is being carried out.

The Road Closures have been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate the event of the Swashbuckler Triathlon.
