THE A737 TRUNK ROAD (BEITH) (30MPH AND 50MPH SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2026

THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 82(2), 83(1), 84(1)(a) and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27 of schedule 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in The Ardrossan and Saltcoats Herald dated 24 June 2026 and The Edinburgh Gazette, dated 26 June 2026 Issue Number 29285. The Order comes into force on 4 August 2026.

A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 24 July 2026 at the offices of Transport Scotland, 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7ER and at Beith Library, 39-41 Main Street, Beith, KA15, 2AD and Beith New Road Garage, Bypass Road, Beith, KA15 2HH.
