Bydd y gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar 18fed Mehefin 2026, o dan adran 119 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980, yn dargfeirio’r rhan honno o lwybr troed cyhoeddus rhif 5 yng Nghymuned Maenordeifi sy’n cychwyn o bwynt A (Cyfeirnod grid OS SN2296 4268) ac yn mynd i gyfeiriad gogledd-ddwyrain ac yna tua’r gogledd, cyn troi tua’r gorllewin i bwynt B (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2298 4280) fel y nodir ar y map gan linell fras ddu barhaus i linell sy’n rhedeg cychwyn o bwynt A (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2296 4268) ac yn mynd i gyfeiriad y gogledd i ddalen gât i gerddwyr o gât anghymesur ym mhwynt C (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2296 4269), gan ddilyn trac i’r gogledd, yn troi i’r dwyrain ac i’r gogledd i gât y cae ym mhwnt D (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2298 4280), ac yn parhau i fynd i gyfeiriad y gogledd i bwynt B (cyfeirnod grid OS SN2298 4280), fel y nodir ar y map gan linell fras ddu doredig.
Mae copi o’r gorchymyn a map y gorchymyn ar gael i’w gweld am ddim rhwng 9.00 y.b. a 5.00 y.h. yn ystod dyddiau gwaith yng Nghyngor Sir Penfro, Neuadd y Sir, Hwlffordd. Gellir prynu copiau o’r gorchymyn a map y gorchymyn am £2.68.
Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau i’r gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig at y Swyddog Hawliau Tramwy Cyhoeddus yng Nghyngor Sir Penfro neb fod yn hwyrach na 22fed Gorffennaf 2026. Nodwch ar ba sail y cânt eu gwneud.
Os na wneir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau o’r fath yn briodol, neu os tynnir unrhyw rai a wnel yn ôl, gall Cyngor Sir Penfro gadarnhau’r gorchymyn fel gorchymyn diwthwynebiad. Os caiff y gorchymyn ei anfon at Ysgrifennydd Gwladol Cymru i’w gadarnhau, anfonir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau na thynnwyd yn ôl gyda’r gorchymyn.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER
(OTHER THAN AN ACQUISITION EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER)
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SEC 119
THE PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
FOOTPATH No. 5 (part) IN THE COMMUNITY OF MANORDEIFI
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026
The above order, made on 18th June 2026, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert that part of public footpath No. 5 in the Community of Manordeifi that commences from point A (OS grid reference SN2296 4268) and proceeding in a north-east direction then north, before turning west to point B (OS grid reference SN2298 4280) as marked on the map by a continuous bold black line to a line running from point A (OS grid reference SN2296 4268) and proceeding in a north direction to pedestrian leaf of asymmetrical gate at point C (OS grid reference SN2296 4269), then following the track north, turning east and north to field gate at point D (OS grid reference SN2298 4280), continuing north to point B (OS grid reference SN2298 4280) as marked on the map by a broken bold black line.
A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on working weekdays. Copies of the order and order map may be bought there at the price of £2.68.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Officer at Pembrokeshire County Council not later than 22nd July 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Pembrokeshire County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order Is sent to the Secretary of State for Wales for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
