HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw draffig rhag teithio ar hyd rhan o Coed y Gric Road, Pont-y-pwl.

Mae’r ffordd agen ar hyd Station Road, Kemys Street, Sunnybank Road, Coed y Gric Road ac i’r gwrthwyneb. (Cynhelir mynediad i’r gwasanaethau brys cyn belled ag y bo’n rhesymol bosibl).

Mae’r gwaharddiad yn ofynnol am fod gwaith yn cael ei wneud, neu ar fin cael ei wneud, ar y ffordd, neu ger y ffordd, i gwblhau gwaith patsio ar y gerbyffordd.

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Torfaen, drwy arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, a fydd yn cyfyngu terfyn dros dro ar gyflymder ar hyd rhan o Varteg Road, Pont-y-pwl.

Mae yna gyfyngiad dros dro ar gyflymder am fod gwaith yn cael ei wneud, neu ar fin cael ei wneud, ar y ffordd, neu ger y ffordd, i gwblhau gwaith ar y ddyfrffos.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o ddydd Llun 6 Gorffennaf am un diwrnod yn unig ac ar unrhyw ddiwrnodau eraill yr ystyrir eu bod yn angenrheidiol o fewn cyfnod nad yw’n fwy na 18 mis.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

SECTION 14 (1)(A) (AS AMENDED)

COED Y GRIC ROAD, PANTEG, PONTYPOOL

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the County Borough Council of Torfaen in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intend not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any traffic from proceeding along a section of Coed Y Gric Road, Pontypool.

The alternative route is along Station Road, Kemys Street, Sunnybank Road, Coed Y Gric Road and vice versa versa. (Access for emergency services will be maintained as far as is reasonably practicable).

The prohibition is necessary because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to complete carriageway patching works.

The proposed Order will operate on Sunday 5th July for one day only and any other days deemed necessary within a period not exceeding 18 months.
