Guildford Town Centre Races (Temporary Traffic Measures) Order 2026

On 19 June 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 16A and 16B of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), for the purpose of holding a road cycling event, namely the Guildford Town Centre Races, organised by the Charlotteville Cycling Club. The effect of the Order is to impose the following temporary restrictions: (1) Prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along the lengths of roads in Guildford specified in the Schedule to this Notice (including the junctions linking such roads). Such restriction shall also apply in relation to equestrians and to the leading or driving of horses or any other animals; and (2) Suspend that part of “The County Council of Surrey (Guildford) (Traffic Regulation) Order 1987” (as amended) that imposes a one-way system of traffic (northbound) on Market Street (D4004) and a one-way system of traffic (north westbound) on High Street (A3100), Guildford.
The Order will not apply to any pedal cycle or other vehicle being used in connection with; and will come into effect on 08 July 2026 for a period of one day, but the prohibitions and suspensions will only be operative while the County Council or an authorised person acting on its behalf displays the relevant traffic signs and is anticipated to apply from 12pm until 10pm. The Council are satisfied that, in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road to which this Order relates, or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising, vehicular access to and from premises along the lengths of roads described in the Schedule to this Notice will not be permitted but controlled access for pedestrians and the emergency services will be maintained at all times. Emergency access for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas electricity water or electronic communications apparatus to premises in the area and for the removal of any obstruction to traffic will also be maintained.
The Council are also satisfied, in accordance with subsection (3) of Section 16A of the Act, that the event to which the Order relates cannot be held otherwise than on a road. Traffic will be diverted via North Street, Woodbridge Road, Onslow Street, York Road and London Road as appropriate.

(a) that length of High Street (A3100) Guildford as extends from its junction with (D4015) Quarry Street to its junction with (A246) Epsom Road and (A3100) London Road;
(b) that length of North Street (C93) Guildford as extends from its junction with (A3100) High Street to its junction with (C93) Leapale Road;
(c) the entire length of Market Street (D4004) Guildford;
(d) that length of Haydon Place (D4004) Guildford as extends from its junction with (C93) North Street to its junction with (D4004) Martyr Road;
(e) the entire length of Ward Street (D4004) Guildford;
(f) that length of Chertsey Street (A320) Guildford as extends from its junction with (C93) North Street to its junction with (D4004) Martyr Road.

North Street (C93) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 19 June 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of North Street (C93) Guildford as extends from its junction with Phoenix Court to its junction with Haydon Place (D4004).
Alternative route – A322 (Onslow Street), A31 (Farnham Road), A322 (Bridge Street and Onslow Street), A246 (York Road) and A3100 (London Road and High Street), or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Walker Construction (UK) Ltd to facilitate S278 works on North Street and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences 6 July 2026 for 9 months in two phases. Phase one will take place between the hours of 8.00pm and 5.00am and phase 2 is anticipated to have the closure in operation for 24-hours per day. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Commercial Road (D4004) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 19 June 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1), 14(5) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:-

1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Commercial Road (D4004) Guildford; and 2. suspend “The Guildford Traffic Regulation Order 1965” insofar as it affects Leapale Road to allow it to be used both ways during the works.
Alternative route – North Street and Leapale Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Walker Construction (UK) Ltd to facilitate S278 Highway Improvements and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences 3 July 2026 for 6 months between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, buses, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Footpath Farnham Road to High View Road (FP616) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 19 June 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Footpath Farnham Road to High View Road (FP616) Guildford.
Alternative route – A31 (Farnham Road) and High View Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable National Highways to facilitate footpath improvements and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 6-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences 6 July 2026 for 1 week between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures, which are anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times.

Clandon Road (A247) Send Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 19 June 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of eastbound carriageway of Clandon Road (A247) Send as extends from its junction with Portsmouth Road (B2215) to its junction with Burnt Common Cottages.
Alternative route – A247 (Send Barns Lane, Send Road, Broadmead Road, High Street, Kingfield Road and Wychhill Lane), A320 (Egley Road, Guildford Road and Woking Road), A25 (Parkway), A3100 (London Road), A246 (Epsom Road), A25 (Epsom Road) and A247 (The Street and Clandon Road)
This Order is required to enable UKPN to facilitate high voltage works and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences 10 July 2026 for 1 week between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for emergency services, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

London Road (Cycle Lane) (A3100) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 24 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from entering or proceeding on foot or by any other means in that length of; (a) London Road (Cycle Lane) (A3100) Guildford as extends from its junction with its roundabout with (D4012) Weylea Avenue and (D4012) Woodruff Avenue and for a distance of 78 metres in a north easterly direction along (A3100) London Road; (b) Suspend “The County Council of Surrey Epsom Road and Woodbridge Road (A25) and London Road (A3100) Guildford (Amendment of Cycle Lane and Cycle Lanes) (No.1) Order 2001” insofar as it affects that length of the Cycle Lane in Part (a) of this Notice. Alternative route for cyclists: via the footpath, dismounted. This Order is required to facilitate underground service connection works for, or on behalf of UKPN. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 6-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 09 July 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access along the cycle lane whilst works are in progress. Vehicular access will be maintained at all times along the (A3100) London Road. No sole access will be affected.

Pewley Way (D4014) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 24 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from entering or proceeding in that length of Pewley Way (D4014) Guildford as extends from its junction with (D4014) Semaphore Road to a point in line with the common boundary between property No.2 and No.4 Pewley Way. Alternative Route: (1) Pewley Way, Addison Road, Harvey Road, and Pewley Way; (2) Semaphore Road, Pewley Hill, South Hill, Sydenham Road, Jenner Road, (A246) Epsom Road, Hunter Road, Harvey Road, Addison Road, and Pewley Way. This Order is required to facilitate installation of new valve and hydrant water works for, or on behalf of Thames Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 09 July 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Shepperton Road (B376) Shepperton Temporary Speed Limit Order 2026

On 24 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from driving or proceeding at a speed greater than 20 MPH in that length of; (a) Shepperton Road (B376) Shepperton as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “Laleham Farm” and for a distance of 200 metres either side; (b) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Shepperton Road (B376) Laleham (40 MPH Speed Limit) (Amendment) Order 2018” or having effect as if made under Sections 82, 83 and/or 84 of the Act insofar as affects the length of road described in part (a) of this Notice. This Temporary Speed Limit Order is required to facilitate electrical connection works for, or on behalf of UKPN. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 9 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Traffic Order which commences on 06 July 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary speed limit, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. The speed limit imposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 or in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the road by or on behalf of the Police.

D139 Beech Hill, Bowlhead Green Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 24 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D139 Beech Hill, Bowlhead Green.
This Traffic Order is required to enable BT Openreach/Morrison Telecom Services Limited to carry out telegraph pole replacement and/or to carry out cabling and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 6pm within 1 day of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 30 June 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times. Access for residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times under direction of site operatives. Alternative route: – Park Lane and Rutton Hill Road.

A25 Shere Road, A25 Epsom Road and A246 Epsom Road, West Clandon Temporary Traffic Management Order 2026

On 24 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: – 1.a) Prohibit vehicles that are proceeding in a northerly direction on A25 Shere Road, West Clandon from proceeding straight ahead onto A247 The Street and from turning left into A25 Epsom Road. Alternative route: – east on A246 Epsom Road, to return west on A246 Epsom Road, via the roundabout at its junction with D258 Shere Road. b) Prohibit vehicles that are proceeding in a northerly direction on A25 Shere Road, West Clandon from proceeding straight ahead onto A247 The Street and from turning right into A246 Epsom Road. Alternative route: – west on A25 Epsom Road, to return east on A25 Epsom Road, via the roundabout at its junction with the access road for “Merrow Park and Ride”. 2. Impose a maximum speed limit of 30mph in that length of: – a) A25 Epsom Road and A246 Epsom Road, West Clandon (westbound carriageway) that extends from the western side of its roundabout junction with the access road for “Merrow Park and Ride”, to a point 120m east of the eastern side of its junction with A247 The Street. b) A25 Epsom Road and A246 Epsom Road, West Clandon (eastbound carriageway) that extends from a point 120m east of the eastern side of its junction with A25 Shere Road, to the western side of its roundabout junction with the access road for “Merrow Park and Ride”. 3. The “Surrey County Council Epsom Road (A25/A246) West Clandon (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2006” and “The Surrey County Council (Various Roads in East Clandon (30 mph Speed Limit 40 mph Speed Limit and 50 mph Speed Limit) Order 2004” shall be suspended insofar as impose a speed limit of 50mph in the lengths of A25 Epsom Road and A246 Epsom Road, West Clandon described in 2. a) and b) above.
This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out traffic signal refurbishment and/or repair and/or maintenance and/ or highway works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 5pm on weekdays (extended weekday working hours: – 8am to 9pm), and 8am to 3pm on Saturdays, within 1 month of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 30 June 2026. The banned turns specified and described in 1.a) and b) above will not operate simultaneously.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary banned turns, suspension and speed limits, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.
Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained at all times via the alternative routes described above. The speed limits imposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 or in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the highway by or on behalf of the Police. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

D3820 Cottimore Avenue/D3820 Fairfax Close/D3820 Monks Crescent/D3820 Cromwell Close, Walton-on-Thames Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 24 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire lengths of:- (a) D3820 Cottimore Avenue, Walton-on-Thames; (b) D3820 Fairfax Close, Walton-on-Thames; (c) D3820 Monks Crescent, Walton-on- Thames; and (d) D3820 Cromwell Close, Walton-on-Thames.
Alternative Route – D3820 Stuart Avenue, D3812 Sidney Road and A3050 Terrace Road. This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out carriageway treatment and pavement reconstruction works. The Order will commence on 26 June 2026 and shall terminate on 21 December 2027 and continues in force the provisions of a Notice issued under Section 14(2) of the Act, namely “Surrey County Council D3820 Cottimore Avenue/D3820 Fairfax Close/D3820 Monks Crescent/D3820 Cromwell Close, Walton-on- Thames Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026”. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary restrictions will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route. The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises, including emergency service vehicle access, within the length of roads specified or accessible only therefrom may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.

Stonards Brow (D213) and Northcote Lane (D216) Shamley Green Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of: (a) Stonards Brow (D213) Shamley Green as extends from the access for Longacre School to the common boundary of “Meads” and “Sycamore”; and (b) Northcote Lane (D216) Shamley Green as extends from its junction with Guildford Road (B2128) to the access for “Lee Couch”; and 2. suspend “The Surrey County Council Various Roads in Guildford and Waverley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.1) 2026” and “The Surrey County Council Northcote Lane (D216) Shamley Green
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025” insofar as they relate to the lengths of road described in 1. above.
Alternative route – (a) Lords Hill Common and Hullbrook Lane, or this route in reverse. (b) B2128 (Cranleigh Road), Blackheath Lane and Littleford Lane, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Thames Water to facilitate leak repairs and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out in 2 phases during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 22 July 2026 between the hours of 8.00am and 23.30pm. (a) is anticipated to commence on 22 July 2026 for 3 days. (b) is anticipated to commence on 28 July 2026 for 3 days.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures, which are anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Portmore Park Road (D3877) and Old Wharf Way (D3877) Weybridge Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of:- 1. Portmore Park Road (D3877) Weybridge as extends from its junction with Wey Road (D3882) to its junction with Balfour Road (A317); and 2. Old Wharf Way (D3877) Weybridge as extends from its junction with Quadrant Way (X4567) to its junction with Balfour Road (A317).
Alternative route – 1. A317 (Balfour Road), Devonshire Road and Portmore Park Road, or this route in reverse. 2. Bridge Road, B374 (Church Street) and A317 (Balfour Road), or this route in reverse. This Order is required to enable SGN to facilitate mains replacement on Balfour Road and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 20 July 2026 for 2 months between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures, which are anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Shophouse Lane (D194) Albury Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Shophouse Lane (D194) Albury as extends from its junction with Row Lane (D224) to its junction with Lockhurst Hatch Lane (D224).
Alternative route – Shophouse Lane, Row Lane, Winterfold Heath Road, Alderbrook Road, Smithwood Common Road, B2128 (Guildford Road), Stroud Lane, Woodhill Lane, Farley Heath Road, August Lane and Shophouse Lane, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable UKPN to facilitate vegetation management and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 23 July 2026 for 1 day between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents will be maintained either side of but not through the works site. Access for emergency services, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Hurtmore Road (C23) Hurtmore Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Hurtmore Road (C23) Hurtmore as extends from its junction with Quarry Road (D957) to its junction with Summers Lane (D96).
Alternative route – A3 (Guildford – Godalming By-Pass), B3000 (Puttenham Heath Road, clockwise only) and Priorsfield Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Thames Water to facilitate a new water connection and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 20 July 2026 for 5 days between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access for residents will be maintained either side of but not through the works site.

Copsem Lane (A244) Esher Temporary Prohibition of Right Turn Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles that are travelling northbound on Copsem Lane (A244) Esher from turning right into (C158) Milbourne Lane. Alternative Route: (1) (A244) Claremont Lane, (A244) Church Street, (A3009) Esher Green, (A307) High Street, and (A244) Claremont Lane; (2) Milbourne Lane, Littleworth Road, (A309) Scilly Isles Roundabout, (A307) Portsmouth Road, (A307) High Street, and (A244) Claremont Lane. This temporary traffic Order is required to facilitate spine cabling works and/or any other associated works to be carried out for, or on behalf of BT Openreach. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 days, between the hours of 7am and 7pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 20 July 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary prohibition, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. The above restriction shall not apply to vehicles being used in relation to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform; or in accordance with any restrictions or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the road by or on behalf of the Police.

Thames Street (C234) Sunbury on Thames Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Thames Street (C234) Sunbury on Thames as extends from its junction with The Avenue (D6237) to the access for “46 Thames Street”; and 2. suspend “The Surrey County Council Thames Street (C234) Sunbury on Thames Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026” insofar as it relates to the length of road described in 1. above.
Alternative route – The Avenue, Manor Lane, Green Street, Church Street (anti-clockwise only) and Thames Street, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Thames Water to facilitate a new service connection and associated works. Lawbrook Lane (D227) Gomshall Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Lawbrook Lane (D227) Gomshall as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “Lane End Farm” to its junction with the access to the property known as “Lawbrook”. Alternative Route: Lawbrook Lane, Burrows Cross, Jesses Lane, Pond Lane, and Lawbrook Lane, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate tree felling works for, or on behalf of UKPN. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day, between the hours of 9.30am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 21 July 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via the banksmen on site, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.
