Cwmann - Temporary Public Footpath Closure Due To Unsafe Wall
What is happening?
Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus 3/62, Cwmann) (Gwaharddiad dros dro ar Gerddwyr) 2026
HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar y 20fed o Fehefin Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Pedwar, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a oedd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed 3/62 - o Heol Grenig tua'r dwyrain hyd at y gyffordd â Llwybr Troed 3/60
Mae angen cau'r llwybr troed oherwydd fod y tebygolrwydd o berygl i'r cyhoedd oherwydd wal anniogel ger y llwybr troed.
Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar y 27ain o Fehefin Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Pedwar ac roedd i fod i ddod i ben ar ôl cyfnod o chwe mis, ond mae’r tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd yn parhau ar Lwybr Troed 3/62, felly mae Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet i Ogledd Cymru a Thrafnidiaeth, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wedi cydsynio yn unol ag Adran 15(5) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991) i ymestyn y cyfnod cau am gyfnod pellach. Bydd parhad y Gorchymyn, yn ôl y cyfarwyddyd, yn golygu y bydd y Gorchymyn Cau Dros Dro yn parhau mewn grym tan ac yn cynnwys y 26 Ragfyr 2026 neu nes bydd pellach dim perygl i’r cyhoedd.
Y Ffordd Arall - O Heol Grenig tua'r de-ddwyrain, ymunwch â Llwybr Ceffylau 3/55, dilynwch 3/55 yn gyffredinol tua'r gogledd cyn ymuno â Llwybr Troed 3/60 a dilyn 3/60 i'r gogledd-orllewin i gwrdd â Llwybr Troed 3/62
