What is happening?

Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin
(Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus 50/34, Carmel)
(Gwaharddiad dros dro ar Gerddwyr) 2026

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin ar y 26ain o Fehefin 2025 wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn o Lwybr Troed 50/34, Carmel o'r gyffordd â'r A476, Temple Bar am bellter o 227 metr i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gogledd-orllewin.

Mae angen cau'r llwybr er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch y cyhoedd wrth i waith brys gael ei wneud i atgyweirio pont anniogel ar hyd y llwybr.

Nodir y Ffordd Arall yn yr Atodlen i'r hysbysiad hwn.

Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar y 27ain o Fehefin Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Pump ac roedd i fod i ddod i ben ar ôl cyfnod o chwe mis, ond mae'r tebygolrwydd o berygl i'r cyhoedd yn parhau ar y darn o Lwybr Troed 50/34, Carmel, felly mae Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Ogledd Cymru a Thrafnidiaeth, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wedi cydsynio yn unol ag Adran 15(5) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991) i ymestyn y cyfnod cau. Bydd parhad y Gorchymyn, yn ôl y cyfarwyddyd, yn golygu y bydd y Gorchymyn Cau Dros Dro yn parhau mewn grym tan ac yn cynnwys 26 Ragfyr 2026 neu hyd nes nad oes tebygolrwydd o berygl i'r cyhoedd mwyach.
