LAND AT COB LANE, BOURNVILLE, BIRMINGHAM, B30 1QN
SHOWN EDGED RED ON PLAN No. 22022

NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) propose to dispose of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

THE said land is shown edged red on the plan which may be inspected on request by email to Harmesh.kalsi@birmingham. gov.uk.

THE Council will consider any objections to the proposal which objections should be made in writing to the undersigned (quoting reference LS/PTY/HK/248421) not later than 23 July 2026.

THE SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land shown edged red on the plan number 22022 land at Cob Lane, Bournville, Birmingham, B30 1QN which said piece of land is public open space.
