THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL 

(SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 

(AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to remove Traffic Regulation Order for 30mph speed limit in Steeple Claydon, as shown below:

A copy of the Order and Plans showing the length of roads affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.

Comments and objections on this proposal of “Revocation of 30mph Speed Limit Traffic regulation order” (together with the grounds of any objection) must be sent in writing by 11:59pm on Wednesday 15th July 2026 to the Buckinghamshire Highways Design Services Team, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA, or you can email us your response via highways.consultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk, with the subject “HS2 Tranche 3: Steeple Claydon Traffic Calming” only.
