Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
UPPER ABBEY STREET, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable sluice valve renewal works.
Order Commences: 29 June 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Meadow Street, Bottrill Street, Manor Court, Abbey Green and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 0330 008 0820.
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the
following Temporary Traffic Orders:
BIRCHLEY HEATH ROAD, ANSLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable new water connection works.
Order Commences: 15 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Birchley Heath Road, Monks Park Lane, Coleshill Road, Green Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01332 820920.
GREEN LANE, BIRCHLEY HEATH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Replacement of decayed telegraph pole.
Order Commences: 14 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Green Lane, Coleshill Road, Atherstone Road, Nuneaton Road, Birchley Heath Road and vice versa.

B4111 NUNEATON ROAD/ATHERSTONE ROAD/MANCETTER
ROAD AND C12 WOODFORD LANE/ATHERSTONE ROAD, MANCETTER/HARTSHILL
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: B4111 Nuneaton Road/Atherstone Road/Mancetter Road closed from Dobbies Garden Centre to Grange Road/Leathermill Lane, C12 Woodford Lane/Atherstone Road closed from Severn Trent Works to Apple Pie Lane/entrance to Stoneleigh Glebe Farm.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works overnight 20.00hrs - 06.00hrs 16/17 July; 17/18 July; 20/21 July.
Order Commences: 16 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 21 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Any diversion available will be appropriately signed.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
