THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No’s. 19/1 & 19/2, Parish of Ivinghoe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026
under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath commencing at the junction of IVIFP 19/1 & Beacons Road and continues north east for approximately 497M. Alternative route is around the barn and rejoining at Public Footpath 19/4. The closure is required to allow demolition works on existing barn. The Order will come into operation on 1 July 2026, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
