CHURCH VIEW, HEIGHINGTON
Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
CHURCH VIEW
From the eastern boundary of 11 Church View eastwards to the western boundary of 37 Church View
An alternative route will be signed via Darlington Road, East Green and vice versa.
The Order is necessary to allow works by Northern Gas Networks to replace a gas main.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 3rd August 2026, it is anticipated that it will be effective for 4 weeks.
