Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 27th October 2025 continuing to impose a temporary speed restriction of 20 MPH over an area of highway being Clodgey Lane between grid references SW66649 27158 and SW66764 26701 and Access To Flambards From Clodgey Lane between the junction of Clodgey Lane and grid reference SW66814 26714, for approximately 475 metres and 92 metres.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction if necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out construction and surfacing works.
The Order which commenced on the 10th November 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 4th October 2026. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
