THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF NORTH TYNESIDE
WALLINGTON AVENUE, CULLERCOATS (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Wallington Avenue from outside number 50 Wallington Avenue to the junction with Rothley Gardens.
The proposed temporary Order is required for the installation of a new zebra crossing.
The Order will come into force on 27th July 2026 lasting until the 09th August 2026.
