Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024 (Amendment No. 38) Order 2026

PROPOSALS

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Order on 10 June 2026.

The Order comes into operation on 22 June 2026 as detailed below.

SUPPORTING INFORMATION

From 19 June 2026 a copy of this Notice, the Order, the reasons for the proposals and the Order being amended, may be inspected online at: https://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/roads-and-travel/roads-and-travelimprovement-projects/highways-consultations (search reference P125 and at the Customer Contact Centre, BCP Council, St Stephen’s Rd, Bournemouth, BH2 6EB (by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, contact: traffic@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).

REPRESENTATIONS

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 10 June 2026, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE

The traffic restrictions on the following roads advertised and consulted on in the proposals reference P125 from 21 November 2025 to 12 December 2025

are due to be implemented on: Beresford Rd BH6, Capstone Rd BH6, Evelyn Rd BH9, Garfield Ave BH1, Grange Rd BH6, Hennings Pk Rd BH15, Jewell Rd (outside Nos. 181 & 183) BH8, Jewell Rd (adjacent to the rear of No. 30 Tyrrell Gdns) BH8, Kinson Gr (outside No. 2) BH10, Kinson Gr (outside No. 23A) BH10, Kinson Gr (outside No. 34) BH10, Kirkham Ave BH23, Luckham Rd BH9, Mansfield Rd BH9, May Gdns BH11, Mount Pleasant Dr BH8, Oakmead Rd BH17, Peel Cl BH12, Queens Pk Gdns BH8, Riggs Gdns BH11, Rossmore Rd BH12, Slades Farm Rd (outside No. 50) BH10, Slades Farm Rd (outside No. 52) BH10, Southbourne Overcliff Dr BH6, Templer Cl BH1, Turbary Pk Ave BH11, Wheaton Rd (outside No. 34) BH7, Wheaton Rd (outside No. 64) BH7, Wolverton Rd BH7

and are not to be implemented on: Cornish Gdns BH10, Cranleigh Rd BH6, Cunningham Pl BH11, Gwynne Rd BH12, Haviland Rd BH7, Holloway Ave BH11, Scotter Rd BH7, Wakefield Ave BH10.

This Order will become effective on 22 June 2026.
