RHODDIR RHYBUDD TRWY HYN fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadugwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) a (2) o DdeddfRheoli Trafnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984 a’r holl hawliau galluogol eraill.
Pan ddaw’r Gorchymyn i rym ei effaith fydd:-
(1) Cyfyngu cyflymder unrhyw gerbyd modur i 30 m.y.a. ar hyd ydarn ffordd a bennir yn yr Atodlen isod.
Mae manylion llawn am y cynigion hyn yn y Gorchymyn drafft sydd,ynghyd â chynllun yn dangos y ffordd yr effeithir arno a datganiado resymau’r Cyngor dros argymell gwneud y Gorchymyn ar gael.

THE CYNGOR GWYNEDD
(30 M.P.H. SPEED RESTRICTION)
(THE AFONWEN TO CHWILOG CLASS III ROAD), ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cyngor Gwynedd proposes to make an Order under Sections 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order when it comes into force will be to:(1) Restrict the speed of motor vehicles to 30 m.p.h. on the length of road specified in the Schedule hereto.
Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with the map showing the length of road concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order are available.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send your objection in writing specifying the grounds thereof to the undersigned at the address specified below or by email to KarenElizabethFraserDuggan@gwynedd.llyw.cymru to arrive before midnight on the 22nd day of July, 2026. Please note: your objection may be made available for inspection by other interested parties.
