Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 29ain o Orffennaf 2026 a bydd ynparhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nesy cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnagfyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith ofewn tua 7 diwrnod.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(UNCLASSIFIED ROAD NEAR BWTHYN BRENDLE, BODUAN)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Unclassified Road near Bwthyn Brendle, Boduan from a point by the property known as Bwthyn Brendle travelling north westerly for a distance of approximately 520 metres.
The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during resurfacing works.
The alternative route is to travel north westerly on the Road from the A497 junction to Bwlch yr Awel then turn left at the junction with the A497 to continue in a north westerly direction. At the round about by Bryncynnan Cottage, take the 1st exit to travel south westerly up to the junction with the Road from Graeanfryn to Groesffordd.
Turn left to travel southerly and turn left at the crossroads to travel north easterly up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.
The Order comes into effect on the 29th of July, 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier.
At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 7 days.
