What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)(a) 

EALING COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PARKING RESTRICTION) (THE AVENUE, W13) ORDER 2026

  1. NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that Ealing Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, made a temporary Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit the waiting of vehicles, on the lengths of road specified in Schedule to this Order, at such times and extent when prescribed traffic signs are being displayed.
    This is to support the temporary displacement of market traders due tore-construction works on Leeland Road. Market traders will be exempted from the proposed Saturday waiting restriction, provided their vehicle details are listed uponan 'approved white-list'.

2. The Order will come into effect at 0800 hours on Thursday, 25 June 2026.

3. The maximum duration of the Order will be 12 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by July 2026.

4. Exemptions will be provided for: -
(a) any vehicle details are listed upon an 'approved white-list';

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(c) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(d) any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

SCHEDULE
Saturday waiting restriction within existing 'charged' parking places to operate 0700 to 0900 & 1300 to 1400hours.
