LB PL/26/04539/HB Rislip Farm House Great Brickhill Road Soulbury Listed building application for repair and restoration of the Grade II listed farmhouse including reinstatement of lath-and-plaster ceilings, roof repairs and insulation, loft boarding, pebble dash removal, brickwork repairs and repointing, repair of historic windows, replacement of later windows and doors with traditional timber joinery, and associated works using breathable traditional materials (Part retrospective).

Affects setting of LB PL/26/03949/FA The Laundry Liscombe Park Soulbury Change of use of room known as Office 3 from ancillary residential use as a home office to main dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a mixed ancillary residential use to main dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) and a pilates studio (Use Class E).
CA PL/26/04177/FA Honeysuckle Lodge Crafton Lodge Road Crafton Mentmore New detached garage with ancillary accommodation over (variation to planning consent ref: 23/02809/APP) to relocate consented structure.
